3 tbsp quick oats (gluten free is Luana's choice)
3 tbsp carob powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp almond butter
Pinch of bicarbonate of soda
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium heat with a little coconut oil.
Pour the mixture into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Turn over and cook until lightly browned.
