Hot Cross Bun Burner Workout!
Ready to burn off those Easter buns? Get your crew together and give our latest workout the BRICE SPICE a go!! This simple circuit is designed to burn those buns, and get you working up a sweat.
The Brice Spice Workout
10 x Deadlifts
8 x Bulgarian Split Squats (weight optional)
20 x Kettlebell Swings
200m Run or Row
Rest for 90 seconds
Repeat 5 times!!
