Once your parcel has left WODUP HQ you will then receive an email confirming it has ‘shipped’. With this you will also be given your tracking number so you can track your parcel all the way to your doorstep. No, once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation you cannot cancel or make changes to your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns policy.
All shipped orders are sent using Toll Priority or Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. This can then be tracked directly with Toll Priority or Australia Post.

Our suggestion is that if you plan on using your knee sleeves for multiple movements and combinations then go with a 5 mm knee sleeve. If you plan on using the sleeves for mostly barbell work, weightlifting, powerlifting, etc. then use the 7 mm knee sleeve.
1. Do not leave your knee sleeves in a dark warm place like a gym bag or small locker.
2. Turn your knee sleeves inside out after a workout and let them air dry.
3. Wash your sleeves by hand with mild soap and let air dry.
4. If you decide to wash your sleeves in the washer, use the delicate cycle and cold water and then air dry them.
5. Do NOT put your knee sleeves in the dryer. This can compromise the material and ruin your item.
